Description: The Urban Health Institute holds an annual Social Determinants of Health symposium, inviting public health experts to discuss and bring awareness of urban health issues, from youth to adults and the challenges faced by under-served communities. Each year I developed posters, and materials in preparation of the symposium, and then designed, developed and distributed the reports and other briefs after the symposium that included action items and recommendations for policies change.
