Project: Poster at entrance of department – Presentation of Centers and Initiatives

Medium: Print Matte Poster

Format: 4-color, 64″ x 46.50″

Applications: Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Description: As part of the communications revamping of the department, I designed and produced the billboard introducing the department’s centers and initiatives to visitors. Displayed by the elevator, visitors can stop by and read an overview of our centers and initiatives. With branding in mind, the color used and photos are the same than on our website.

 


Newsletter- 2012-2017

 

Project: Quarterly newsletter

Medium: Printed and mailed as well as delivered digitally until 2017.

Format: 4-color, spread 11×17 final format 8×11

Applications: Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Description: The quarterly newsletters were mailed to our donors, and emailed to our faculty, students, staff and the school at large, as well as being available online. The goal was to inform the readers of progress on projects and studies, inform of and celebrate faculty appointments and promotions as well as large upcoming events. It included an alumni feature. I managed the projects entirely, and worked with faculty to ensure timely delivery. I was responsible for the design, production and distribution.

 


Newsletter and Monthly Communications, 2017–Present

 

Project: Semi-annual e-news

Description: We shifted from a quarterly newsletter to a bi-annual e-news and added a monthly communications. The recipients remain the same as previously: donors, faculty, students, staff and the school at large, as well as being available online, and we continue to inform the readers of progress on projects and studies, inform of and celebrate faculty appointments and promotions as well as large upcoming events. The bi-annual e-news include an alumni feature.

The monthly communication features faculty promotions and appointments, publications, media appearance, students achievements, staff appointments, upcoming events as well as communique from the department committee IDARE (Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity).

I manage the projects entirely, and work with faculty to ensure timely delivery. I am responsible for the design, production and distribution.
