Description: The Center’s goal is to promote the health and well-being of women, infants, children, adolescents and their families in the United States. Its purpose is to educate the next generation of leaders in MCH research, practice, and policy and advance MCH science, research, practice and policy through these leaders. The center is house in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health. As the communication specialist for the department, I am responsible for web development for faculty or groups that do not have their dedicated communication person. The architecture and scope of work was developed as a team. I was consulted on the technical and design aspect, and created a site architecture to organize the content. We purchased the domain name and a WordPress template fully customizable. I worked with the team to receive copy, edit and implement.
